Here at LeaseYourPlace.com, we make leasing easy. Tenants apply and get approved for their new apartment without leaving their computer. We request a detailed description of the property, tons of high quality pictures, and floor plans so tenants can be confident in the unit that they see online is the unit that will occupy on move-in day.

Unlike a lot of online apartment sites, we verify the ownership of every unit we list to prevent online scams. We only accept verified listings that provide ample pictures and unit information to allow tenants to feel secure in their rental choices.
We do complete background checks on prospective tenants. This allows landlords to reduce the chances of tenants who are prone to eviction, late rent or damaging property. We do complete background checks by verifying the stated income, previous landlord references and credit history.
You only meet in person to sign the lease and pick up the keys.
What? Yes, on top of this great service, we will pay you 25% of your first month’s rent.
We only charge half a months’ rent to landlords.Unlike many tenant finding services that charge a full month’s rent, we only charge 50% of the first month’s rent. In return for this modest fee, we do all the hard work of advertising your unit and qualifying the tenant. We also store your unit’s description, pictures and video to make filling your next vacancy for the same unit much easier. We do not require a listing agreement. You only pay when we deliver a tenant who you approve.
